TSC Hosts Staff Retreat Ahead of the 2019-20 Season
FRANKLIN, Tennessee - Tennessee Soccer Club conducted a staff retreat at Battle Ground Academy on Saturday July 27, bringing together 121 total full and part time employees for a day of professional development and preparation for the 2019-20 season. Following the time together at BGA, TSC staff were invited to the Nashville SC match at Nissan Stadium that evening.
"Our leadership team felt that getting everyone together before we kick off our first year in a merged club would be very beneficial for us," said TSC Executive Director Stuart Brown. "I was very pleased with how engaged our staff was and the dialogue that was had throughout the day. We have some amazing coaches in this club and I know they will do a great job with our players."
The day consisted of a welcome and intro from Club President Brian Carlson, presentations from various TSC full time staff, and breakout sessions led by The Collective Global CEO and TSC parent / coach Brad Stinson.
